How to make an appointment
For TN, H-1B and L 1 A and L-1B visa holders and their dependents from CANADA
Please check the following website for your particular consulate or embassy to ensure the current processing procedure:

If you are processed at the gates:
- Book your ticket
- Go to the Airport at least 3 or 4 hours in advance
- If you are processed at the embassy, please make an appointment ASAP
Carry with you, to the interview (whether at the gate or at the consular office):
- Approval notice, and package from my law firm
- Job letter from your Company on their letterhead, sent by your H R personnel
- Your original educational documents, and for L visa holders, copies of your pay stubs
- Original and copies of marriage certificate and childrens birth certificate
- If you are my client, you can call me at my cell number if at any time you have a difficulty during the procedure
IF YOU ARE NOT A CANADIAN CITIZEN, YOU WILL NEED A PERSONAL APPOINTMENT FOR YOUR VISA. PLEASE MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WELL IN ADVANCE (BEFORE YOU LEAVE U.S. FOR THE CONSULATE ABROAD). SOME VISA POSTS ARE BOOKED 4-5 MONTHS IN ADVANCE. REMEMBER, EXCEPT FOR A LIMITED SET OF CIRCUMSTANCES, YOU CANNOT RETURN TO THE U.S. WITHOUT A VISA.
